S2E8: Breaking Down "The Strip" - Episode 8 of Season 2 of Fallout on Amazon Prime

Hello fellow Fallout enthusiasts and Ghoulcy shippers! Welcome back to another episode dissection here on "I Will Go Down With The Ship". Today, Heather and I (Chelsea) are diving into the season finale of Season 2 of Fallout on Amazon Prime, "The Strip". Buckle up because there’s a lot to unpack and rant about! 

And if you're scratching you head wondering, "Wait... what the heck happened to S2E7?!" Don't worry! We had some recording schedule hiccups, but we're going to record it, too, and it's just getting released last because it will be recorded last. Bear with us! 

I (Chelsea) also want to apologize for the accidental mid-season hiatus. Six months of radio silence is a long time to leave you hanging on a cliffhanger. There's no excuse other than my health falling apart, but the fallout—pun intended—is 100% on me.

I’ve spent 180+ days thinking about the scenes we haven't dissected yet and it’s been eating me alive. Heather has been a literal saint waiting for me to get my act together, but chronic illness doesn't exactly check your recording schedule. I'm finally back in the chair and ready to get feral about Ghoulcy again. 

We have so many layers of character motivation to peel back and mirrors to find that I’ve basically been vibrating with nervous energy. You guys stayed in the comments and kept the theories alive while I was down, and I can't even tell you how much I love that. It kept me going when I couldn't even look at a screen.

I’m not just back, I’m obsessed. We’re diving straight back into the wasteland to pick up exactly where we left off, and I promise the wait is going to be worth every second of the deep dives we have planned. The chemistry hasn't cooled down and neither have my crack theories.
